A day in the life could include:

  • Collaborating with the Compliance and Legal departments to proactively identify potential risk exposures in operational and sales activities, emphasizing the prevention of insurance errors and omissions.

  • Serving as a key advisor to operational teams, translating compliance requirements into actionable strategies and scalable processes.

  • Designing and leading audits and control processes to continuously monitor risk management effectiveness within operations, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

  • Developing and facilitating risk management education programs for operations, promoting a company-wide culture of risk awareness and compliance.
