About the Role

Inspectify is looking for a self-motivated Local Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across key Southeastern markets, with a primary focus on driving growth for pro partner Ally Property Inspections. Based in Birmingham, this individual will lead local client acquisition and relationship management efforts to drive new home inspection business in Birmingham, Huntsville, and Atlanta.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute local growth strategies to exponentially expand consumer home inspection volume for “Pro Partner” Ally Property Inspections across multiple geographic areas
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local real estate agents, brokerages, and other industry partners
• Drive new business through focused prospecting, in-person meetings, presentations, cold outreach, and local events
• Serve as the point of contact for existing client base, with a focus on generating repeat business
• Report on pipeline activity, client feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
• Collaborate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in a client-facing sales or business development role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort presenting to groups
• “Hunter” mindset: thrives on building new relationships and closing new opportunities
• Highly organized and self-managing, with willingness to travel regularly across target markets
• Prior experience in real estate, home services, or B2B sales is a plus
