As part of our team, you'll play a vital role in helping institutional investors, home buyers, and real estate professionals access comprehensive inspection reports quickly and seamlessly.

What You'll Do

As a home inspector on our platform, you'll conduct on-site inspections, capturing property details and identifying potential hazards or concerns. Using our user-friendly Inspectify app, you'll follow a simple checklist, take photos, and record essential information.

The Task

You'll be tasked with filling out a custom scope template, and capturing property photos and deficiencies. We direct deposit you the following day for any inspections completed on our platform, and there is no cost to join.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed home inspector in your territory
• Must be the business owner of your own inspection company or perform inspections as a sole proprietor. Inspectify partners with home inspectors on a 1099 basis.
• Maintain an active general liability insurance policy
• Own a car, truck, or van
• Possess a valid driver's license
• Have access to a newer model smartphone
• Authorized to work in the US
