Job purpose

We’re looking for a visionary Senior Designer to join igloo's growing in-house team. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing design strategies across multiple brand touchpoints, including digital platforms, product packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, and marketing collateral.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in design principles, a deep understanding of branding within the tech and consumer lifestyle sectors, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling assets that resonate with diverse audiences.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-quality visual assets for campaigns, product launches, digital channels, packaging, print, and trade materials
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in brand identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business goals into impactful design
  • Take ownership of end-to-end design workflows—from concepting and storyboarding to final execution
  • Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance creative productivity and exploration
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of igloohome’s evolving visual language and design system
  • Stay informed of industry trends in design, consumer behavior, and digital communication to ensure relevance and competitiveness
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or external partners as needed

Requirements/Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of graphic design experience in a fast-paced agency or in-house brand team (bonus if it’s tech or consumer electronics)
  • Deep fluency in brand aesthetics, UI/UX basic fundamentals, and digital storytelling
  • Pro-level with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
  • Confident in Canva and generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly,ChatGPT for visual ideation and mockups) for rapid design workflows
  • Obsessed with all things design trends, pop culture, motion graphics, and what’s going viral online
  • Able to think visually and strategically: you understand the difference between just making something look good and making something perform
  • Experience collaborating with marketing team, product manager, and developers
  • Led or supported design systems, templates, and visual guidelines beforePrior experience designing for hardware or app-based consumer technology brands
  • A solid understanding of performance marketing creatives (ads, A/B test visuals, CRO-focused content)
  • Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
