Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong work ethic, a willingness to contribute, and a genuine desire for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Partner and assist the Project Manager (and/or team) on survey, zoning, and environmental projects. Understand project scope, timing, and oversee coordination and job site visits from start to finish. Ensure projects are delivered on or before deadlines.

  • Quality Assurance: Assist with review of data within projects for quality and progress with ability to suggest corrections or recommendations as needed.

  • Communication: Assist in preparation of communication with clients and subcontractors via phone and email.

  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, offering solutions or redirecting as appropriate.

  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive records and information.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years in customer service and data acquisition/data entry with attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and professionalism in both verbal and written communication.

  • Effective time management, decision-making, and the ability to handle pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; experience with project management software a plus.

  • Adaptability to technology and process updates.
