Technical Implementation Manager

About Cove

Cove is a leading provider of software solutions to owners and operators across all asset classes of commercial real estate. We are redefining real estate technology by consolidating previously-disconnected functionality and replacing legacy systems in buildings across the country, including Willis Tower - the largest multi-tenant office building in North America. Our team works closely with property managers, landlords, engineers, and tenants to simplify their real estate experience and add value to their assets. Backed by strategic investors (including Blackstone), Cove is a fast-growing startup entering a new phase of growth and we’re looking for bright, motivated, and hard-working professionals to join us.

About You

You’ve worked in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or systems integration at a B2B SaaS company, directly supporting enterprise clients and leading complex technical projects. Your previous roles involved configuring integrations with third-party platforms, managing system-level dependencies, and translating technical requirements into clear, actionable steps. You may have previously served as a Technical Implementation Specialist, Solutions Engineer, or Senior Implementation Manager. You thrive at the intersection of technical problem solving and client-facing communication, and you enjoy bringing clarity to complex integrations.

Things about you:

  • You are a natural problem solver, comfortable navigating technical challenges and ensuring successful outcomes for clients.

  • You can explain technical concepts in a clear, approachable way to non-technical stakeholders.

  • You are organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for creating documentation and repeatable processes.

  • You are proactive, always anticipating dependencies or roadblocks in system integrations.

  • You enjoy learning new technologies, digging into APIs, and understanding how platforms connect.

  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer-facing teams to deliver results.

About The Role

As a Technical Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end setup of Cove’s third-party integrations, ensuring our clients experience seamless, scalable connections between Cove and their core systems. You will serve as the technical point of contact in client-facing integration discussions, bridging the gap between our product/engineering teams and our clients’ IT stakeholders. You will also develop internal documentation, best practices, and repeatable workflows to support the successful delivery of integrations at scale.

You’ll join a growing implementation team and play a critical role in shaping how Cove delivers technical integrations across our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the discovery, configuration, and documentation of third-party integrations (access control, accounting, wellness, productivity, and more).

  • Serve as the technical point of contact during client-facing integration

  • Build repeatable processes, documentation, and technical checklists for internal and client use.

  • Stay current on Cove’s product updates and partner system changes to anticipate integration challenges.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs and technical alignment.

  • Reduce dependency on Product Managers for implementation-related technical support.

  • Contribute to the overall implementation strategy and help scale Cove’s integration capabilities.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or SaaS systems integration (PropTech experience a plus)

  • Strong technical skills: familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms such as accounting, access control, or workplace applications

  • Familiarity with Canva/Adobe (preferred)

  • Experience leading technical client meetings and explaining complex topics in simple terms

  • Proven ability to create documentation and establish repeatable workflows

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Collaborative mindset, comfortable working with product, engineering, and client-facing teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance

  • Fully remote role with annual retreat and quarterly in-person gatherings

  • Professional development opportunities and ongoing training

  • Unlimited PTO policy

  • Home office setup stipend
