Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. This person will be responsible for generating and nurturing new business opportunities through their own lead generation efforts, as well as handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. As the first Account Executive hire, this individual will be helping define the sales cycle, improve sales processes, and engage directly with BreatheEV's C-Suite on deals. Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within key verticals, including property owners, property managers, and real estate developers.

Account-Based Selling: Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage and convert high-value target accounts. Leverage research and relationships to create personalized sales experiences.

Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals and account onboarding.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, ensuring long-term success and client satisfaction.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Engineering) to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.

Reporting & CRM Management: Keep accurate records of activities, progress, and outcomes in our CRM (Apollo) to ensure visibility and alignment with team goals.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on account-based selling.

● Proven success in generating and managing a pipeline of qualified leads and closing deals independently.

● Strong ability to identify customer pain points and align solutions with their business needs.

● Experience with CRM tools, especially Apollo or similar platforms, to track and manage sales activity.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.

● Knowledge of or interest in the EV charging industry.

● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preferred:

● Experience in the real estate, commercial property, or property management sectors.

● Strong network and existing relationships with property owners, developers, and managers.

● Ability to think strategically and tailor solutions to different customer needs.
