This is a remote position.

Inside Sales Professional

We’re looking for a competitive and trustworthy inside sales professional who can help us enhance our business activities. The candidate will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects. The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.

  • Understand the industry to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through leads provided, cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections for a win/win close.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.



Requirements


  • Knowledge of the real estate industry
  • Expert on social media and have the ability to explain the benefits of marketing on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twiter and Youtube.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
  • Experience using a dialer and sales CRM
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Fast learning speed and a passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
