This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Product Designer with 5+ years of experience, ideally in SaaS products, to help build high quality and impactful tools and experiences for real estate professionals so they can have productive businesses.

We design in a world of multi-step flows, data tables, and information heavy pages. This is a great challenge for creative solutions, utilizing best practices while getting clever, and designing basic actions that are usable and enjoyable.

Product Design at Back At You works across a suite of core enterprise products including automated print/digital marketing, a highly robust CRM, and transaction management for corporate companies and their employees. You’ll work closely within your core product along with product managers, developers, stakeholders and collaborate with other teammates in any domain.

Specifically, you’ll:

• Impact several types of clients from individual agents to corporate staff members who are actively running/managing a real estate business
  

• Solve complex workflow, interaction and system design problems through your work
  

• Design experiences that engage, motivate, and educate clients while keeping things light and enjoyable for them
  

• Own the entire design process for your products (Discovery, Design, Prototyping, Testing, Documentation)
  

• Inform your decisions through data and research
  

• Work with product managers to influence overall product strategy
  

• Work collaboratively with other designers to utilize and expand design systems that work beautifully across web and mobile
  

• Work collaboratively with developers
  

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from the executive team and across other departments
  

• Uphold the quality of the Back At You brand across every touchpoint with our audience
  

• Uphold the standards of quality deliverables
  

• Contribute to the culture of a small and growing design team
  

You:

• Have 5+ years of product design experience at a SaaS company, Enterprise Software, or B2B.
  

• Care about and be passionate about creating efficient, usable, and approachable products
  

• Are comfortable breaking down complicated and sometimes ambiguous problems into actionable projects
  

• Are systems-oriented and entrepreneurial in your product design thinking and execution
  

• Are willing to work on large scale roadmap projects as well as smaller improvements
  

• Are comfortable working collaboratively and independently
  

• Can work in a fast-paced environment
  

• Excited to learn and stay on top of the real estate industry
  

• Are flexible, a team player and open minded
  

• Comfortable with adhering to structure and process but comfortable operating in the abstract as well
