Landis is looking for a Sales Director to join a growing team. You will be an integral part of shaping a compassionate and innovative culture that supports the company’s growth.
This is a full-time position based in New York.
Where you will make an impact:
- Lead the team of account managers by example
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders and homebuilders
- Implement workflow/automation to reduce administrative tasks for the sales team
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow the company
- Generate quantitative analytics and qualitative insights to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Your experience:
- 10+ years of experience in business development in the real estate industry with industry connections
- BA required; MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing team members to high performance at an early stage company
- Demonstrated successes using a data driven approach to shape the future and growth of an organization

We are offering a base salary of $150k - 180k based on relevant work experience along with bonus potential that is paid yearly and equity in the company.
