We're looking for an enthusiastic and hungry teammate, who is excited to contribute to a rapidly evolving product/team. The ideal candidate is a new or recent grad who is professional, self-motivated, a team player, and eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
Our main HQ is in Washington, DC. The team is mostly hybrid with 2-3 days in office per week.
As a member of the Customer Success team, each day will look a little different, bringing new and exciting challenges. The Customer Success Specialist will contribute to many different areas within our Customer Success team, including, but not limited to:
- Using tools like Intercom to provide chat and email support to our 500k+ iOS, Android and desktop/web users, most of whom are self-employed professionals
- Driving subscription sales and optimizing conversion funnels through messages with potential subscribers
- Requesting and managing reviews to help bolster Hurdlr’s app store presence
- Working with the engineering team to ensure product stability
- Compiling feedback and proposing new product features for the app
- Maintaining and creating help center content as new features and updates are released
- Managing and optimizing messaging campaigns, using push notifications, emails, and direct messaging
This job has a lot of room for growth and upward mobility within the team. Other Customer Success team members have taken on responsibilities such as:
- Working closely with the engineering team and executive team to onboard and provide ongoing support to API partners
- Onboarding and liaising with stakeholders from enterprises that we partner with
- Hosting webinars and recording informational videos for consumers, enterprise clients, and API partners
- Researching and reaching out to sites/blogs to boost Hurdlr’s SEO
- Managing inbound enterprise leads and leading demos for potential enterprise clients
